Academic Board and Committee Meetings

The Academic Board normally meets four times through the year at the Sydney Campus and with video link to the Melbourne Campus.

Meetings normally commence at 10:00 and close at 12:00. Whilst APIC is an higher education institution, it is also a commercial organisation and regrettably this means that its Academic Board meetings are closed to all but its members and invited guests. Similarly, its minutes are held commercial-in-confidence.

Items for the agenda of Academic Board meetings are generated from sources including and not limited to: the Board’s workplan for the calendar year; deliberations at prior Board meetings; regular reports and recommendations from its standing committees and ad hoc committees, requests from the Governing Board and the APIC Executive. Colleagues are welcome to raise issues for consideration by the Academic Board through its Chair, the Committee Secretary, or the Chair of any sub-committee of the Board.
