Board of Directors and Committee Meetings

The Board of Directors normally meets four times through the year. One meeting per year is held at APIC’s Melbourne Campus and the rest at the Sydney Campus.

Meetings normally commence at 10:00 am and close at 1:00 pm. Whilst APIC is an higher education institution, it is also a commercial organisation and regrettably this means that its Board of Directors meetings are closed to all but its members and invited guests. Similarly, its minutes are held commercial-in-confidence.

Items for the agenda of Board meetings are generated from the Board’s own deliberations, the regular reports and recommendations from standing committees and other bodies, and by the APIC Executive. Colleagues are welcome to raise issues for consideration by the Board through its Chair, the President, the Company Secretary, the Chair of Academic Board, or indeed the Chair of any sub-committee of the Board.
