Biographical details
Dr Sharma is an experienced academic with over 6 years of experience in the accounting and finance disciplines as a lecturer and tutor at various universities including APIC, Federation University Australia, University of Sunshine Coast and Victoria University. She is passionate about teaching students with a specific focus on their soft skills which is Dr Sharma’s core research area.

Research Interests
Dr Sharma researches soft skills development of accounting graduates from different cultural backgrounds as well as the effects of both culture and self-efficacy in the development of soft skills both in a positive and negative way.
